This service is best suited for pantries, laundry rooms, children’s room & play spaces, and inside cabinetry.
$75 consultation + $95/hr for initial project. $80/hr for recurrent “touch-ups”.
Wardrobe Management
Does your closet need a refresh? This service provides light care such as dusting, steaming, and organizing of garments and accessories to make them easier to find and ready to wear. A clean and tidy of the wardrobe area will also be done to ensure your items are settled into a fresh space. We can also assist in seasonal changeovers; carefully packing away last season’s items and putting out this season’s with intention.
Courtney has extensive experience in the care of high end pieces. Your investments will be handled with the utmost care and discretion.
$75 consultation fee + $95/hr for seasonal changeovers OR $80/hr for general organization and maintenance.
Concierge Services
Vacation Home Owners
Our services will make your rental stand apart from the competition and offer a special, personalized feel that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. This service can be offered separately or built into your standard rates and will include a phone consultation with the guests prior to travel, pre-arrival provisioning and stocking, personalized touches to the space based on the consultation and a personalized travel book for the group. We can work with you to include your own recommendations and special touches ensuring your space will remain uniquely yours and guests will look forward to coming back.
Travelers to Anchorage & Surrounding Area
We will work with your chosen vacation property to coordinate pre-arrival preparation so you can simply arrive and relax. We will schedule a phone consultation with you ahead of your travel date to determine the interests and goals for your trip. We will provision and prepare the space ahead of your arrival as well as provide a trip book full of personalized recommendations. We will check in throughout the stay to ensure you have everything you need, and we will follow up once you return home for feedback and future planning
