What is included in the Consultation Fee?
Our consultation fee includes a 1 hour visit to your home or virtual call if that is preferred. After which, we will create a document with notes on recommended layout and storage container purchases. You will be provided this information whether you book with us or not. If you do book a full service, the consultation fee will be applied to your first invoice in full.
What should I expect for the process?
All services start with a personalized consultation. This can be in home for organizational and wardrobe services, or via video chat for Concierge services. Notes and initial work up will be conducted based on the consultation with a quote for services. We will then set up a time to go over the consultation notes and book services should you decide to move forward. We do not require clients to remain in residence during our services and we will provide the utmost privacy and discretion at all times. Upon completion, we will follow up one week later to ensure you are satisfied with the work.
What is included in a Wardrobe Seasonal Change?
For this service we will start with steaming, folding and packing away your out of season items. They will be wrapped in tissue paper and stored in your choice of vacuum bag, garment bag for hanging items, or plastic tote box. We will attach a photo inventory to each package and a full list of items packed away for your reference. Step two is to unpack, steam, and place out your new season items.
What is included in a Wardrobe Maintenance service?
This service includes steaming, refolding, dusting and buffing of all items in your closet. We will clean the space and organize as we place items back.
What is included in the Concierge Service?
Prior to the guest visit we will reach out and gather information on their interests and include a shopping list for them to fill out. Pre-arrival we will provision requested shopping, deliver and provide final touches on the space to make it as welcoming as possible. During the trip we can check in as needed and provide re-stocking on provisions as needed. An information trip book based on the clients interests will be available on arrival. A post-trip follow up will be conducted for feedback on the stay and to provide the opportunity to book again.
